Diaphanous item - How to make ?

I greet, I would like to ask Us about steam hands. I wold like to create to Tibia transparents, diaphanous item. Do so as have to place on pink background remaining objects, or to record from use alpha channel > If this is bad section, I sorry and I ask transfer it to good

Fuc* ;D i hate translator, I would create new sprite to Tibia a fog, but with effect glass. When fog moved in grass i need see under ground. I hope, now is to do underestand xD Sorry Guys
