[...] If by any chance this post is deleted by the moderation, I will understand that this community is done. [...]
Your previous post was deleted since the topic it contained was not suitable for the thread/board it was posted on. It has nothing to do with the community or what we represent. We didn't choose to censor it due to its contents.
We ask of you to follow our rules to maintain a structured forum. Posts with good opinions or good content can get deleted simply because they've been posted incorrectly in different ways.
Now, your post was deleted, what did you deduce from that? Is the community "done" as you say? A silly statement from you, showing no respect to the volunteer moderators and administrators of this forum.
[...] 1) How otland have kept this topic in the forum? I mean, I'm not even talking about a guy literally trying to scam people for 5k USD in a project [...]
Again you are breaking the rules by discussing the commerce of a resource. I stopped reading after this point, even though you might have made a good discussion thread--you're breaking the rules with this post.
I don't know how many times I've repeated myself saying that it is strictly forbidden to talk about sales of OpenTibia resources on OTLand. Just by mentioning it yourself, you're advertising his offer.
It's not hard to read the rules and follow them when you're posting on our forum. Especially not for smart guys like yourselves. Please take the time to read the rules before you've accumulated enough warning points that it leads to a banishment. It would be a shame to lose valuable users of this forum for a period of time, just because they cannot follow simple rules.
I'm locking this thread until we have warned users and deleted respective posts. You may continue the discussion when we're done moderating the existing posts. We expect of you to have read the rules by then.
Edit:
To clarify for those users messaging me about the decision I made (locking the thread), I'll leave a message here.
Per our routines, I should have issued a warning and deleted the thread since it does not conform to our rules. Instead, I locked the thread temporarily, so that we in staff can discuss on how to proceed, because the discussion can be deemed to be of importance to the community. If you're in favor of continuing this discussion, you're shooting yourself in the foot by flaming me.
