Drop Max Script?

Hello, I was looking for a SCRIPT that gives u a certain number of itemsdrop on the ground, so they can't drop a max number.. for example:
If u drop 10 items, u wont be able to drop anymore for 5 min.. is that possible? Thanks.

In config.lua you can edit it. Search for max items per tile.
