Lua ElfBot spam abuse

Hello im wondering about any script or way to block Elfbot spam
Description: a player put some sentence in a elfbot keys and just spam it like 10 sentence per sec without getting mute

am using 0.3.7 OTX

don't you have an option in config.lua to reapply mute when they try to spam?
