Well, I already send a email for twifysoft and they said for I contact outlook, I already tried to get my email back and /NOTHING/ theres another option? - Like switch my account email?

Thye will not help you if you lost access to your registered email . They will think that you are just a hacker trying to make sure that you change the email of your victim in order to keep the account for you

if you lost both email and your tibia account.... that's equal to that someone was trying to get it from you.
that means you've been lazy and accepted someones cracked bot to later play with...

So thanks to that, your laziness... you've just lost your email
