I am trying to add a creatures.xml file to my RME data folder. Everytime i extract the files to that location i get this error:

! C:\Users\Robert\Downloads\RME_22_mob_pack_960 (1).rar: Cannot create creatures.xml
Access is denied.
! C:\Users\Robert\Downloads\RME_22_mob_pack_960 (1).rar: No files to extract

I am extracting them to a client under the data folder in RME. REP++
