Fix Magic Level and Spells

This Server are so sucks.
Where is the pvp of Master Sorcerer? if i want kill someone i just can press Sudden Death rune. i can't use UE.
I think you should less get magic level,why u get magic level = meele skills?

And with the new PVP UPDATE i just see peoples booting like shadowcores!!
