Windows From the beginning!

Hello everyone!
If this is the wrong place, please move it, anyway to the point , I was thinking about hosting a server so I have some questions:
Since it was long time ago I hosted a server, is there a tutorial how to install the new servers without any problem?
Is there a map editor that I could use for the newest Forgotten server?
Should I use xampp or is there a new software that I could use?

If anyone who is up to date to host servers could help me, your award will be GM on the server.

You should use Uniserver.

It's much more friendly, look up Znote's video tutorial. It explains pretty much.

And take the items.otb and .xml and put it with the map editor.
