Windows Gesior acc ban time

Hello man's,
i have a otserv called azuroth.sytes.net and when player is banned and u click in his name in web he tell this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method OTS_Account::getBanTime() in C:\xampp\htdocs\characters.php on line 350

and in line 350 of character.php is it:
if($account->getBanTime() > 0)
anyone can help ?
