Good valuable hosting?

Hello, i am a semi-experience user of OT, and i have my server running since 3 years or so.
My big problem is that i live in mexico, where internet speed are god damn slow, so i cant host here, i need to find a good service for hosting my OT, so i would be grateful if u could give me an advice for one .
Doesnt matter if its linux or windows, i managed to learn both because of the same problem.

Im now hosting at ucvhost.com, but i have some issues right now and im tired of that host.


So, could you give me an advice for a good valuable hosting?

If you want something very cheap, go to server4you.com. They have all servers in Germany and USA.
