Healing Issues

Server: CD 0.3.6 v8 8.60

Just asking a simple question.

I may be going crazy but I think there's something going on with my healing logic in my server

Test Character
Level 200
ML = 100

Amount he heals with a
UH = 1.3k HP
exura = 300~ hp
exura gran = 1k HP
exura vita = 1.5k HP

Does that not seem high? Im losing my mind as this is annoying please someone help me from jabbing my eyes out lol im looking around everywhere to the problem. I did not alter stats or anything on this server yet im not sure why it's doing this.

got the same using this server, but I changed all the values by myself to make it look more "logic"

Do the same changing values (reloading spells) and healing in game to see if you get the result that you want, if not I guess you should change your tfs version
