Help! I cannot get past character list!?!?

Hi, when i try to log on to this server that i have an account for.. i type in the acc/pass and log. Then the character list pops up with my characters listed.. BUT! then I press to log on, and it says

Cannot connect to game server.

Error: Connection refued. (10061)

The game server is offline... etc, etc, etc BUT IT'S NOT!!

Please help. I want to play the server. (Nukon.hopto.org)

IT MUST BE REFUSED or. u have a javascript that probably refuses you to log in on Tibia.

I know it's being refused.. but how do i fix it? I gave it to hoster, and now i can't get on. I'll show him how to fix. Tell me please!

I'm gonna assume that you have a firewall/router.

You need to open/forward port 7172 in addition to 7171.

in the launcher to open ur ot, at the top left were its says Main click that then if its refused it will say Accept connections, click on that, and if its already openm it must say Refuce connections.

Either the server is pointing to wrong IP or your using a proxy or you got a fucked firewall/router..
