Help installing ip changer for mac

Hello!

I need help installing an ip-changer on mac. I have already installed the tibia client via crossover but it won't install the ip-changer. What can I do to install it?

bump.. i need otland ip changer to play (shadowcores) but problem is it doesnt support for mac, but i have tibia 10,70 already i use "crossover" and winebottler but seems that otlander.exe doesnt work to use it (i have mac) xD
