how i can fix it
 
Looks like there isn't good error handling there, but obviously something is wrong with your items.otb, are you sure you haven't deleted it or renamed it? It should be in data/items/.
 
There is an clean working items.otb in the server distro. Try to replace your current one with the fresh one and see if it works. If the problem persists I'm out of ideas. ;)
