Help with custom client

I've made a custom client with sprites and background pic/ip but how do i get rid of it saying tibia in the top left window? i just can't seem to figure it out
rep++ to anyone who can give me a link to a tutorial or tell me because i'm lost

use XVI32 to open ur tibia.exe after find "Tibia" and edit it
(Above "Tibia" is "outdated file does not exist temporary file does not exist...")
