Uhh well,when i try to connect to localhost..

i get this

any ideas on why it happens?

Try with another web browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Flock, Etc...

Maybe that's the problem...

If not changing the browser works, try port forwarding or maybe you have a firewall/antivirus messing something up.

That's a logic opinion...

Check your firewalls and antivirus. (If you have one)

And check the config files of SQL. Maybe some security code or password.

Actually i was srfing the web just now and i come across a page and i had an error similar to that and i think it had to do with my pop up blocker.

Dude im just trying to throw ideas out there.
