Highscores popup

I wanted to know if there is a script that will have a interval of like 10 seconds that pop ups the best player on the highscores, like fisting it would pop up Best Fist every 10 seconds on the player like the VIP would
but for all of them
For 8.6 tfs 0.3.6

Do you mean animated text? Where should this text appear and how should it look like? Can you give an example?

Well you know the vip status the pops up after u purchase it? and yes animated text but i want the highscores skills to pop up on the player when they are the best in a skill like example best rebirth qould auto pop up on the player like Best Rebirth and so on with the other skills
