How can i make a scrip that add + 50% exp for premium player and this script follow the EXPstages?

Title says all, i want that premium players receive 50% more exp.
But i want that this work with stages.. I mean, level 100 = 2k exp in monster X, level 200 = 1k exp in monster X

So in level 100~199 he receive 2k exp of monster X + 50% exp for being premium;
So in level 200+ he receive 1k exp of monster X + 50% exp for being premium.

How can i do that? THANKS!
