how i put online and with layout Znote AAC

I've completed the entire installation step of ZNote AAC but I can not put my server online with my ip: ultimatibia.servegame.com

Another question: how to install this layout correctly link: http://otland.net/threads/znote-aac-naxtie-layout.185337/

I try copy and paste in folder C:\UniServer\www\layout but does not work. Help me!

Also, what do you mean "i can not put my server online"?

What have you done so far? Opened any ports? Fixed your ip? I mean how can we help you when you write like this.
