how to block ip from my server?

I want to block all egypts ip from my server i dont want them because everytime one from egypt loggin hes only saying give me admin/ items or ddos or i will clone item and throw it on ground and if i dont give them they are doing it please someone know how i can do it?

Clone items bug is a known bug that is not yet solved completely.

i dont mean exactly the cloning bug... i mean he have to learn how to solve bugs which crashes his server tec. so the ppl are able to clone^^

You can't ban them pernamently. They can join server by using proxy (if they are smart enough to set this function).

First Of All : Try,Removing Guild Commands Like !Disband And !Createguild From your Ot.
Second Thing : Start Talking in English in Game (Because as Soon as an Egyption See's You Talking in Arabic Then he Knows That Your an Arab,Then He Realize's That you Would be Kind Enough to Give him Items/Gm...
