How to cast spells?

Hi, I have setup a local TFS server (v1.4) and managed to connect to it with the OT Client, created a new account/player and after entering the server I can see there is a Spell List and Spells Cooldown section in the UI but I'm scratching my head on how to use spells. Do I need to equip them?

I have tried changing needlearn="0" in all of the spells in the spells.xml file and restarted the server but I still can't figure how to use them. Any pointers would be appreciated.

What do you mean by "say the words"?
The character I created is of god type, would that work?
