Look.. I have this error when try to enter to http://184.82.25.200/phpmyadmin

What version of ubuntu are you using?
what do it say when you enter phpmyadmin?

You get the 404 error that i got and i used this:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure -plow phpmyadmin
and select what program you use! Apache or Lighthttp

BUT in the guide say this:

(First question is your mysql root password, leave the second black to make a random PMA password, and in the list remember to select "lighttpd").

I need use lighttpd?

No you dont need! What did you use? what did you install with that guide?
In that Guide You install Lighttpd! not apache2

Fail, solved Pfff... It was i need edit the file called apache2.conf

lol? your guide was for lighttpd xD and you have apache 2 xD any good luck!
