[HOW TO Do?] Player vip winn storage value -> win more exp -> only doors to vip etc~

Anyone can tell me how to add VIP system when player get vip winn other exp stages?
Example:
normal player:
0~50 = 10x
50~100 = 5x

vip player:
0~50 = 15x
50~100 = 10x

How can I create NPCs talking only with vip players?
How can I create a doors only vip can pass?
