How to login to my Dedicated Server?

I've bought a dedicated server but I can't login too it.

Im using the inbuilt Windows tool. I try connect to my IP and then I need account and password.

Which account and which pass? Those sent by email or something?

I have account and pw there but it doest work. Ive tried to login with servername etc. They sent me a RootInitPass. I've tried it all!
