How to open map 10.98 in New RME? i don't have Tibia.spr and Tibia.dat for 10.98 version in my client :/

You do need spr/dat files from the version you want to map. Download a 10.98 client and install in a folder you can find.
Download latest RME

open it, go file>preferences>Client version scroll down until you find 10.98 and press browse, locate the tibia client (10.98) that you just installed and then it should be ready to go.
