Linux How to Upload tar.gz and Download in another server?

place it in your www directory, and use wget on the other server. ?
In-case you wanna send from an unported windows box to linux, just use dropbox, place tar.gz file into dropbox/public folder, copy direct link, and wget it in the linux box.
Ohh, and yeah, any FTP programs support sFTPd should work as well for transfering files.
