i cant connect to my own server

Hey. I I have fixwed website and open ports etc.
but i cant connect to the server, i dont have any codes in console or anything.
I've tried with disabled firewalls aswell, I'm running out of option what it can be.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

If you ping the port, does it show as open?
I use ping.eu when i'm lazy, to check if said port is reporting open: Online Ping, Traceroute, DNS lookup, WHOIS, Port check, Reverse lookup, Proxy checker, Bandwidth meter, Network calculator, Network mask calculator, Country by IP, Unit converter (https://ping.eu/port-chk/)

And correct RSA in client?

I put public ip yea. What is rsa? Im using otclient so I just put in ip to connect

Modules/gamelib/constants i think is where you find it and key.pem in your root folder of otserver they need to match OTS RSA Generator (https://ots.me/rsa/)
