I wanna know what's the best Linux Develop to host my server ?
I use TFS 0.4 with WarSystem, and want to host it on a Linux Server.
Whats the best Linux that I can use to host?

With this Debian, i can reduce some of DDoS attack?
or something like that..?

iptables or some other firewall like apf
check and drop the ip
so yes in some way you can reduce it.
