[IDE] Lua Programming

Moved to Discussion

I always used UltraEdit with a Syntax Highlighting I found on the web for LUA and changed it a bit so it would highlight OT functions

GNU nano & debugging tools is everything I need (aside from the obvious compiler or w/e).
No need to complicate everything with some fancy IDE when the job can be done way easier without them. ;_;

thanks for the tips
When I said IDE, I was thinking in all editors hehe
poorly expression ;P

Yours have syntax highlighting for the OT functions ??
I am trying to compare... if its better, i will change my "lua editor"

no editor has syntax highlighting for OT Functions by default, but you can easily make one, its not that hard :)

for php/html/js(web developing) I prefer NetBeans IDE PHP(netbeans has got c++, java and other releases), it's lite weight and great tool
for c++ I like use visual c++
and anything else notepad++
