Hello there OTLanders, I've been thinking on mapping in like a month or so, and I've decided to start map :)
Anyway, this is my first public screenshot and map overall:

All kinds of critics is appreciated. No flaming, please.

I'm a newbie too :p

What I think?
- I think it's over spammed with the stones.

Suggestions:
- Remove some stones from the cave.
- This is not a mapping rule, but I think it would look better: Use the 2 different cave borders you have in the palette.

use less of those grey small stones and more of the little brown ones
use some brown gravel at the sides, not too much
rest looks pretty nice

Allright, thanks for the critism, I appriciate it!
A lil' to late atm to map some x) Might come more tomorrow!
Marry Christmas and a happy new year OTLand !! :)

Yeah, it looks alright, but you didn't use gravel at all, and i think that's the only thing that this cave misses.

Here's a good looking RPG cave done by Neon:

Remove the grey gravel, remove the old gravel, make the normal gravel spots a little bit smaller and put them more at the cavewall sides and small spots in the middle of the cave
but not like that
NEVER grey gravel on brown grounds

I agree with Luffy here, Never use grey gravel on brown spots. and use another ground with boarder to make it more alive =)

Keep it up
