anyone had any problems getting the correct port open with these guys

they cant open them lol

All the dedicated servers have his port open, this is common sence, maybe is because you made a special order or something like a firewall order.

Are you sure? because port 80 its the default port for http.

I've bought hosting from them before, I can recommend 2 things.
1. Open the ports in windows firewall (if you're using windows)
2. They're over rated, switch host
