It's pretty obvious that you dont really know how to use css* and html since 80% of the homepage you showed up is JQuery with soft positioning, tbh its not a simple homepage, give an offer

I never stated that i had knowledge about it. If i did i would do it myself instead of paying someone todo it. I have no idea, i got offers from 10-50 $ from other people (facebook, other forums) but i can pay up to 100 $ if it meet my requirements and looks good.
