Looting item with specific name

Hi i have problem with looting a item with different name than in items.xml is this possible in tfs?
i'll try

      <item id="5943" chance="100000" name="Hellgate Ambassador Hearth"/>

This could be an alternative solution:
Edit your items.otb with OTItemEditor and create the same item with a new ID, then set that monster to drop it.
[Also remember to assign it to items.xml and stuff]
