Lost Account ( Asking for help )

I was offline since 6 months and i lost my account password and rec key . I know my acc number and names of chars created there. I would like to contact GM's and i hope they can help me.

I like this server and i hope i can still play here but i need my accont to continue my game on this great serv

you need to donate 75 points, i think that they r like 15 euros, i'm not pretty sure, check it on the softcores page

He must be logged in on his account to reset recovery key.

idk now that, but if he cant log in, so he need to buy a new one n then pay another 5 euros, so a GM can send him a new rk^^, they told me once that..

but i've already made new acc and i made a lvl 160 ms ;p
