Lost MYSQL Connection?

I'm trying to start my server, but every time I run the exe this is what pops up.

I installed Xampp, I installed ModernAAC, while the errors are popping up I can view the database in phpmyadmin. It doesn't load, that error just keeps on popping up until I turn it off. What could be the problem?

There's a reason why I haven't already done that. I want to know how to fix this error, not to switch to another program.
