Just adding a comment.. I have bought mage bot key long time ago and I tried to recover it right now, and I received the email with the key successfully.

The email provider I used when I bought the key was Hotmail, and it was in my spam box.

Thanks for the information ill try again but actually using an account some shared to me. Never got it to work.
