Windows Map problem

I have a map at 98mb size, and that one i can host, but then i got same map but with more spawn/island's at 116 mb size and that one i cant start.
What is the problem?

The map is bigger?? Not enough free memory size?

u have to got 64-bit architecture to run 100 + mb map
