I wonder, when I transferred my char to lunar (Da Bomba) I was after a while downgraded from 300~ to 244 and lost loads of mlvls. But now I transferred back I got my mlvl back but not my lvls. Why is that? Shouldn't it be a exp increase as well?

It seems like it has something wrong with it, try contacting with support by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and explain them the issue.
As you can see in the following image, it clearly says that your level, magic and other skill will be reduced to which you had when you left that server.

What I actually understood from this:

is that when he transfered to ShadowCores it worked normally as it should be (recuding skills, level, magic) for example his level from 300 to 244 and so on, but once he transfered back it to LunarForce as he said "transfered back" this doesn't mean he transfered back to LunarForce and then again to ShadowCores, he just did it twice, first to ShadowCores from LunarForce and then back to LunarForce when the issue happened.
As I said, it might be something wrong with it. He must contact via e-mail to support.

So when you trasnfer 2 times u should get exp back i dont undertand :/

My character was created in Shadowcores, got it lvl 300+ transferred it to lunarforce, after a while there they reduced all lvls and mlvls (IDK why) but when I transferred it back to shadowcores I got a slightly increase in my mlvls but my exp lvl is the same. I thought I would get my lvls back as well?

What i know when i transfer to Lunarforce and back to Shadowcores i get better skills but i still lost alot of skills when i transfer there and back.
