Complaint member list bug?

there is a member called "list" :w00t: and when u go to his profile, boom: Member List - OtLand

but he exist:

maybe (99,9% sure) it is a bug in vbulletin?

It's a bug in vBSEO because they use the URL path /members/list/ for the list of members. A solution would be to rename the user and not make it possible to register that name, but it's someones secondary account and it's barely active so I guess we can leave it like that unless it really annoys you that you can't view his profile.
