Monster.xml file (tfs 0.3.6)/ot restarter bypass error popup

Hi i have been looking aroung the fourm and i could not find any monster.xml maker that works and is new because most links are so old that they do not work anymore i also cannot find a ot restarter that exits the error popup please help

I also couldn't find any monster maker (the links didn't work anymore).
But you can just copy an other monster and edit it.
