Windows My PFTs is giving error while closing!

Hello friends I'm serious problem in my tfs 0.4.0.0 Closing it's a memory error and therefore does not close the console and then my server is not the Restart.
Can anyone help me please?

The Forgotten Server 0.4 is still private because it is not stable yet. You are not even meant to have access to it. You are advised to use the latest stable version of the engine which can be found in the distributions forum.

But I am use shields From War-sytem, caused no problems in the system wars so what?

So, buy OtLand Premium, and download the latest stable revision.
