am I the only one having trouble with donating via SMS? It worked once, now I dont get any texts back and I can't press next. (No money is being charged.)

I've played this server since it first came up which was like 5 years ago, I know it wont last for long but I might aswell spend 10 euro having fun for 1-2 months :)

It's ok I just donated also. Except after purchasing the item on the website it still hasn't come.

I've sent 2 SMSes now, both with caps and not with caps, it doesnt work. I'm not getting a text back nor am I able to click next.

Trying with the "20kr" amount, to see if that works.

Well i donated with sms, worked for me, but if you got iphone/android and are from sweden as i think you are you gotta activate a thing called WYWALLET, took like 2 minutes for me ~~Rambo =)

Bro i got the same problem i sended 2 txt Messages ( Bosnia ) and nothing came up. I just losed 2 euro and got no points .

I hope those DDoS'ers will get a torture motherfucking painful death. Seriosly what idiots keeps attacking the server again and again..
There gotta be a solution.. look at Shadowcores, they got about 1500 active players and no one is attacking the server.. what i've heard.
Maybe they have a very good protection or something.

FIX THIS FOR FUCK SAKE, IM GETTING MAD!

So True bro, Shadowcores Use more cash for the host and protcetion.
Richux just downloaded his OT With many map parts.
This server got more off- then online time.

Gm Mark from Shadowcores Is interessted in Getting ppl who have fun, I lost once my whole eq caus of hacker, and he could bring me back, not a new backpack, he found my whole stuff on an other account.

In Tibera throught a Official Hacker who had IP ban my 4 DMR's back in last Tibera Dissapeared, This guy hacked whole server and robbed much houses and still no Refound.

Well, under those DDoses ive been loggin in all the time, and this guy namned "Yes" is standing in temple taking creds, and saying he is ddosing. I asked him about the reason and he said this :
19:31 Yes [7]: I need real money, That's what i told owner and he ignored me, gonna start some lags.
He want REAL cash for stop ddosing the server.... Looks like richux dont care since havent seen him online today.
 
I feel sad for the people who donated, and im sad to see this server go so fast :-<

I feel terrible to have say this to you, but I have lost it this time. Tibera has earned too many enemies.

The main problems are that the current hosting company wasn't the best choice and is not capable of handling so high bandwidth attacks. The second problem is that PayGol "steals" ~75% of the money end users pay, which makes it very unprofitable and difficult to afford good DDoS protection. Since I can't use ZayPay this time, I am pretty much stuck. The third problem is that I have a job and university. Fixing these attacks takes time. I have mailed and offered decent sums of money to some "specialists" and top OTS owners, but so far I have got only ignoring or refusal. (thx Cykotitan for help though).

In conclusion, is the Tibera era over? I don't know, most likely... All the current accounts will be saved and stored on a safe backup. In case there is a next launch, the players who purchased points will still have them, so keep your acc name/pw somewhere, just in case... I learned a lot from this launch, so if I ever find the time to figure out how to solve these main problems (summer vacation mby?), Tibera might go online once again. But who knows... Working as a programmer takes a lot of time and the pay isn't that bad to make me additionally work my ass off on an OTS... :D Though, I like OTS and since I have been Tibia freak myself, I find it fun to do these things.

So yeah, the server will stay online for ~2 weeks till the rent runs out and then it will be closed. (this is not Aprils joke btw...)
