When i created a new vocation i wanted skills to raise faster.. cant seem to get it to work... whats the lowest the skill can be set at?... if that cant be done is there a way to make it when you promote you gain skills faster?.. or would i have to set non promoted state skill's to something like 3.0 and first promo 2.0 and ect..??

And just give it a try starting from skill 10 and do 20 hits on a target, see who got the most skill up.
