Lua NPC Walk Distance

Since I posted this thread in Lua/Xml support and nobody helped. Maybe here someone will have any idea how to fix it. The problem is I am using real map and NPCs are walking on whole map. How can I set NPC to walk like only 5 sqm?

Yes, for example.

Before adding a NPC into the map, you click out a spawn area.
Change the radius of that area to make it smaller
The NPC will only be able to walk around in it.

You are wrong Erox. NPC is leaving his spawn radius.
