This has been very annoying for everyone, in my opinion ...

The latest information we have is that they have assigned our ticket to a security administrator who is going to look into it within an hour.

There are mutliple threads that explain the current situation by Talaturen. I'd suggest using the search function or go through all the current "made" threads today and you would of founded it out. And It does not take 30 minutes to solve a DDoS attack.
