How do I know? When I was playing with Ots like 2 yrs ago I haved windows 7 64 unlimited and I have big lags on small evo even after fresh reinstall but after I got Windows 8 it was amazing all lags gone like a dedi so I don't know why people say go for win 7 but right get Linux like Debian or Ubuntu its much better

Afaik TwifySoft uses Hosteam.pl as server provider.

I would use a Linux OS because it uses less RAM then Windows OS does.
