this can be acomplish in many ways, depending on what do you mean with "item".

He means the tooltip when you hover the players equipment.
You have to click "show" to view it.

Edit: Anyone who is gonna do this, can use @Chris exporter to parse the items.xml / weapons.xml / w/e.
