Just install flash and u can play on flash Client

However don't expect to actually play(hunting/questing/etc) like this.

Probably playing OT on Ipad is not possible. You can still play RL Tibia in the flash client on Ipad using Puffin.

iOS is some sort of closed environment so you won't find that now even with jailbreak.
