Breivik probally gets 21 year jail and with good attitude he gets 14 years then he can kill 90 people again! damn!!!! but after the 14 years i think about 170 parents are waiting for him to come out and i think i know what will happen then. And i would do the same iff he hurt 1 of my kids!!

I think he won't be a part of the 90% that don't commit crimes again, an emotional problem can be solved living in good conditions but when you're stuck with an ideology you won't just let it go, although i red somewhere that after the 21 years the criminal is proffesionally examined and whether he is ready to be released or not, if he isn't he is given 5 more years and this process is realeased...

No bills, no jobs o.0 but no freedom of course.



I can see this as a good idea for non-violent offenders, but I really do think chainsaw murderers need a harsher punishment than just having their freedom etc taken from them. Maybe a long stint in a proper prison followed by another stint on an island like this to "humanize" them again? Of course muderers should be taken away from the general population for life, not just 21 years or whatever the definition of life in prison is in some countries. (Murder, not involuntary manslaughter)
