hello
ive been trying recently to create my first ot. i ve done everything up to the step where u import the sql file on localhost.i downloaded an 8.6 server and its in rar format so when i browse to import, i cant open it but only select it as a whole so i cant select my sql files wich are inside of the server. i tried to download sql files seperately and placing it in the same folder as the server but it says the following message:

MySQL said:
#1046 - No database selected
plz reply if u can with specific instructions
